Free Printing Service

Central Business Innovation Ltd (“CBI”) is offering complimentary printing of uploaded documents at the Manawatu Home Show.

• Printing is limited to a maximum of 50 A4 pages on standard 80gsm paper per submission.
• Documents may be printed in either colour or black and white.
• Printing is subject to equipment availability and event demand.
• CBI reserves the right to decline any printing request that exceeds the page limit, contains unsupported file formats, or cannot be printed successfully.

File Requirements

• Maximum file size: 10MB.
• Accepted file formats are PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, JPEG and PNG.
• Files must not be password protected, encrypted, corrupted, or contain malware.
• CBI does not guarantee formatting, colour accuracy, image quality, or successful printing of every file submitted.

Customer Responsibility

By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to reproduce and print it.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
• The content is lawful and does not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material.

CBI reserves the right to refuse to print any file at its sole discretion.

By submitting this form, you consent to CBI collecting and storing the information you provide, including your contact details and uploaded file.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• CBI may contact you regarding your printing request.
• CBI may contact you after the event to discuss products and services that may be relevant to your business.
• Your information may be added to CBI’s marketing database.
